Lake Country Players is offering online ticketing & donations this season for the first time through a company called Ticketleap . Now wherever you see a “BUY TICKETS NOW” or “DONATE NOW” on our website or a “Tickets link on a Facebook Event you can click it and purchase tickets for LPC shows or donate to LPC with your credit card. You may even scan the QR code on our posters and cards and go directly to TicketLeap and make your purchase.

A few things to consider:

  • Some donor patrons will have early access with a password to  purchase tickets and 100% discount codes for some tickets
  • Until early access is enabled for donor patrons no tickets will be available for the shows
    • We will let you know when both early access for donor patrons and the general public are open
    • I you follow a link to the ticketing site and are asked for a password, ticket sales are not open to the general public yet
  • Our events have reserved seats. 
    • You have two options when choosing your seat
      • Best Available (the system picks the best seats for you) in the section you select
        • Available on all devices
      •  Choose Your Own Seats.
        • You pick the section and seats you want
        • Only available on a desktop computer. Choose your own seats is not available on smartphones, tablets or touch screen computers*
        • We ask you be considerate to other patrons by leaving an even number of spaces open next to the seats you reserve if you are not purchasing seats directly adjacent to seats already purchased by another patron
    • You may notice sections that have no tickets available
      • These are seating areas we open when the other seating is sold out
  • When you use the online system to purchase tickets you should print them out and bring the to the show
    • We will scan them in on our phones
    • Don’t want to print out your ticket?
      • You may Install the Ticketleap application on your phone and bring a digital ticket
    • If you don’t have or forget your printed ticket?
      •  We can look you up on our phones and check you in
  • What if I don’t have a computer/smartphone or do not want to or can not use the ticketing system?
    • We certainly hope you will use and love our new system. Please try it!
    • If you must call us to place an order or donate this season you still may; however calls tie up resources that are better spent elsewhere
    • We will be able to make cash and credit sales at the event
  • What if I need support with the online ticketing system?
    • Ticketleap has great support available to you during the purchase process
